By observing the Breath and only the Breath, meditation teaches to be in the present. With this, I could understand and observe the current happening as it is without worrying about the future and pondering about the past. Meditation helped to accept the things, circumstances and act on it rather than reacting to it. Thus being mindful, it helped me to improve my inner peace which in turn is helping in my mental, spiritual, physical and emotional health.
My hearty thanks to all Gurus and Mentors who had put me in this path.
